Newport Stationers is proud to deliver a 98.9% fill rate of our customers orders with 99.3% accuracy. However that .7% can be a real headache. In order to make the process a little less painful please use our return form to request a return or report a shortage.Please Read Our Return Policy:
Items may not be returned without the prior approval of an authorized Newport Stationers Representative. In the event an item is approved for return, it must be in its original, undamaged shipping container, in resalable condition and accompanied by an invoice and packing slip.A 20% restocking charge may be applied to returned items, excluding damaged items or items incorrectly shipped. In no event may items be returned after thirty (30) days of delivery to customer. Special order or custom items are not subject to return.
Shortages must be reported within 72 hours. Submission of this form is not an authorization to return. Your Customer Service Representative will contact you shortly to confirm the return authorization.
